Lacson’s murder case hampers approval of Paglaum Fund
BORACAY ISLAND, Aklan- The murder charges filed against Senator Ping Lacson have delayed the Senate approval of the P8-billion Paglaum Fund, according to Aklan Rep. Florencio Miraflores.
The lower house has approved the ‘Paglaum Fund’ for the rehabilitation of Panay Island after it was damaged by typhoon Frank last year.
