Lacson’s murder case hampers approval of Paglaum Fund

BORACAY ISLAND, Aklan- The murder charges filed against Senator Ping Lacson have delayed the Senate approval of the P8-billion Paglaum Fund, according to Aklan Rep. Florencio Miraflores.
