Court acquits Filipino-Japanese tourist from illegal drug raps

Hill named after environmentalist architect
KALIBO, Aklan – A hill in Barangay Taruytoy, Manika Libacao, Aklan was officially named after Architect Jose Mañosa for his concern on the hinterland municipality’s environment.
Libacao Mayor Charito Navarosa said the hill was named “Monte de Mañosa.”
